The legislative decree No. 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects in the processing of personal data. According to the law, your data will be treated with care and confidentiality.
In accordance with article 13 of the legislative decree No. 196/2003 , you are hereby being informed:

Legislative decree No. 196/2003, article 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights:
1. The person concerned has the right to be informed whether data affect them are available, even if they have not yet been recorded; and shall also have the right to receive such data in intelligible form.
2. The person concerned has the right to know about
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purpose and procedure of processing;
c) the used system, if the data are processed electronically;
d) the most important dates for the identification of the owner, of the responsible and of the nominated representative according the article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who are nominated representative, responsible or assigned manager in the State area.
3. The company or persons concerned has the right,
f) to request that CIM International GmbH updates, corrects or supplements the data;
g) to be require that illegally processed data be deleted, made anonymous or blocked, this also applies to data whose retention for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, is not required.;
h) to receive a certification about that referred to in letters a) and b) as also related to their contents, have been notified, to whom the information or where they were disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves of means of protecting such rights would be unacceptably large.
4. The company or persons concerned has the right to oppose wholly or partially
a) the processing of personal data concerning them, for legitimate reasons, even though pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him / her, if it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for market research or commercial communication.
